Awareness
Name the grief, the guilt and the fear. See your child — and yourself — without the lens of what should have been.
Parenting Inclusion Catalyst
Coaching for parents of children who are differently abled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, adopted or emotionally unique. Move from guilt and overwhelm to acceptance, confidence and clarity — without trying to fix who they are.

The promise
Most parenting programmes hand you a method. Rainbow of Life walks with you through emotional healing, practical tools and the identity shift that turns parents into confident advocates — and children into people who feel enough.
Founder's Profile

Sangeeta Robinson is the Founder of Rainbow of Life, a purpose-driven platform dedicated to supporting parents raising children who don't fit the conventional mould — including those who are neurodivergent, have a disability, are adopted, queer, emotionally intense, or simply experience the world differently.
With over 25 years of leadership experience across sustainability, inclusion, and strategic communications, Sangeeta brings a rare combination of professional expertise and deeply lived personal insight. A GRI Certified Sustainability Practitioner and co-founder of ANTS Sustainability & Brand Communications, she has worked with leading organisations across sectors to build responsible, inclusive, and future-ready systems.
But her most meaningful work began outside boardrooms.
As someone who has lived with a disability, is an adopted child, and a parent to a non-binary child, Sangeeta understands — first-hand — the complexity, fear, and isolation that many families experience when their child does not conform to societal expectations. What she also understands is this: the problem is rarely the child. It is the lens through which the child is seen.
Rainbow of Life was born from this truth.
Through coaching programs, community ecosystems, and deeply transformative frameworks, Sangeeta helps parents move from confusion and overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and conscious advocacy. Her work focuses on shifting identity at the root — helping parents build emotionally safe homes where children feel accepted, resilient, and empowered to thrive as they are.
Her approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human. She does not believe in fixing children — she believes in empowering families.
Beyond her work with parents, Sangeeta is deeply committed to building a more inclusive world. She actively supports causes related to animal welfare, employability for individuals who do not fit traditional moulds, and spiritual growth. Her vision is to create a generation of children who grow up without the burden of feeling "less than," and a generation of parents who lead with pride instead of apology.
Through Rainbow of Life, she is not just building a platform — she is building a movement.
A movement rooted in acceptance.
A movement driven by courage.
A movement that redefines what it means to belong.
The journey
Most parenting programmes teach techniques. Rainbow of Life is a transformation — emotional healing, practical tools and an identity shift, in that order.
Name the grief, the guilt and the fear. See your child — and yourself — without the lens of what should have been.
Practical tools for the everyday: the meltdown, the school meeting, the relative at the dinner table.
Build the home, the routines and the support network that hold your child — and you — steady.
Move from limitation to possibility. Your child's strengths become the centre. Difference becomes one fact among many.
Speak for your child without apology. Become a quiet changemaker for the next family walking this road.
What changes for you
Six shifts that show up at home first — and ripple outward into school, family and the way your child meets the world.
The weight you have been carrying — quietly set down. Acceptance, on your own terms.
Trust rebuilt in the small daily moments. Connection that does not depend on conformity.
School meetings, family dinners, strangers' opinions — handled with calm and language that fits.
Speak for your child without apology — in classrooms, clinics and the wider world.
Safe, accepted, joyful. Free to grow into who they already are.
Parents on the same road. A safe, non-judgmental circle that replaces silence with belonging.

Yes. You do not need a diagnosis or a label to begin. If you sense your child is being asked to fit a box that is not theirs, that is enough.
No. This is coaching — practical, forward-looking, parent-focused. I am not a clinical therapist and Rainbow of Life does not replace medical, psychological or educational professionals. We work alongside them.
